The Delmarva Christian girls’ volleyball team fell 3-1 to Tower Hill Nov. 2, ending the Royals’ season in the second round of the DIAA state tournament.
The No. 14 Royals stole the first set from the No. 3 Hillers, shocking those in attendance with a dominating 25-15 set. Tower Hill came back with a vengeance, winning the next three sets 25-13, 25-14, 25-15.
Tower Hill advances to face No. 11 Archmere in the quarterfinals.
