Cape High JROTC cadets receive key promotions

On March 6, Cape High JROTC seniors Zoe Henderschott and Janiah Maltbie were promoted to the cadet ranks of captain and first lieutenant, respectively, by Cape High Assistant Principal Andrew Coulter and the Cadet Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Isaac League. Both cadets were cited and promoted because of their outstanding work as members of the cadet staff during the first semester of this academic year.
