Girls’ Night Out to benefit Harry K Foundation Oct. 16

September 15, 2024

A Girls’ Night Out event to benefit the Harry K Foundation is set for 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Schellville, Rehoboth Beach. The evening of fashion, food, friends and philanthropy will support the foundation’s work to defeat childhood hunger throughout Delaware.

There will be a fast-paced fashion show of local models wearing the latest outfits and accessories for sophisticated, casual, and beachwear styles; along with hand-crafted cocktail and freshly made hors d’oeuvres. Rain date is Thursday, Oct. 17.

Over 25 local vendors will offer jewelry, racks of clothing, gourmet foods and more. The stores of Schellville will also be open.

Tickets are $48 per person.

Childhood hunger in Delaware is real. One in five children face food insecurity. The foundation established and funds 52 pantries inside schools and other facilities throughout Delaware, the weekend backpack program, and the Rehoboth Community Resource Center Baby Pantry.

Parking is free. For details about participating boutiques and to purchase tickets, go to HarryKFoundation.org or call Robyn at 301-807-2304.
