The Monsignor Francis J. Desmond Knights of Columbus from St. Jude The Apostle Church in Lewes sponsored a vocation poster contest for religious education students. God Calls Me Through My Heart was the theme.
The Knights awarded cash prizes to the winners March 24. First-prize winners were Quinn Walls, second grade; Aaron Guandique, third grade; George Becker, fifth grade; and Maggie Minto, sixth grade.
Second-prize winners were Murilo Almeida, second grade; Isabella Fitzgerald, third grade; and Elena Booth, fourth grade.
Third-prize winners were Gabriel Berardinelli, kndergarten; Anthony Haag, second grade; and Reilly Flynn, fifth grade.
