Local author Ethan Joella of Rehoboth Beach visited a book club at the home of Linda Benzon in the Coastal Club community near Lewes on Nov. 7. Joella discussed his latest book, “The Same Bright Stars.” The book club, created by Mary Jackson and Cindy Morris, had a lively discussion with Joella, who also wrote “A Quiet Life” and “A Little Hope.”
Joel graciously shared insights about the development of characters, his writing process, his deep fondness for the Delaware beaches and the appreciation he has for his readers. Joella also signed copies of “The Same Bright Stars,” which can be purchased at Browseabout Books as well as other booksellers.
