Milton Arts Guild hosts summer market

Milton Arts Guild held its annual summer market over the weekend of Aug. 16-18.
The market took place at both the guild’s main facility on Union Street and at its studio on Walnut Street. Guild members offered their artwork for sale, including everything from prints to handmade jewelry. Among those with tables at the market was Tricia Whitmore, who was selling copies of her paintings and jewelry.
In addition to the market, the art guild is also holding its Black and White art exhibit, in which all the pieces presented are done in black and white. That exhibit will run through Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Among the works for sale at the Milton Arts Guild summer market are crafted postcards by Barn Lane Creations.
Summer market patrons could buy prints made by artist David Stiber, who died in 2022, and make donations to support kids’ programs at the Milton Arts Guild.
Milton Arts Guild’s Black and White exhibit, on display now, runs through Tuesday, Sept. 10.
