Phyllis Ann Fluharty, beloved mother, grandmother

Phyllis Ann Fluharty, 78, of Annapolis, Md., passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025. Phyllis was born in Delaware to Virginia Ann Graham and Robert Fisher Graham.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Martha Lynn Broerman (Scott); her son, Colin Fluharty (Farrah); her son, Justin Fluharty; and her daughter, D'Anna Farrell (Will). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Leon Fluharty; her father, Robert Fisher Graham; her mother, Virginia Ann Graham; and her sister, Mary Ellen Graham.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 24, at Epworth Methodist Church Cemetery, 187 Henlopen Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
