Go Fast Camps

The Go Fast Elite Running Camp - Beach will be held from 8 to 11 a.m., June 17-21 for ages 11-18 at $199 per athlete.

"My experience with the Go Fast Camp has been phenomenal,” said Austen Cave, an all-state runner for Delmar who’s currently running at High Point University.

“The coaches are great and very knowledgeable about running. Since attending Go Fast Camp, I improved my cross country best time and earned Delaware All-State runner with a PR time of 15:29.79. I credit the improvement to my time at Go Fast. I heard about the camp and thought it would be a good place to learn some basic running form and meet other runners. The Go Fast Camp taught me so much more; the coaches are hands on and focus on your weaknesses as well as your strengths to improve your running. They taught me many workouts and techniques that allowed me to become a stronger runner and athlete in general. I have taken what the coaches at Go Fast Camp have taught me and continued to use it throughout my off-season training. "

Camp highlights include: High school and collegiate coaching staff, daily runs based on ability and experience, trail running, beach training techniques, strength training, plyometrics and agility drills for XC runners, education sessions and guest speakers, graduation run, and official camp training shirt or tank.

Camp topics include: Summer training plan, cross training, goal setting, nutrition and hydration, sports psychology, injury prevention, running technique, and race tactics.

The Go Fast Youth Running Camp – Beach will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., June 18-20 for ages 6-10 at $99 per athlete.

“Shiloh is doing other camps this summer; however, Go Fast was her favorite,” said parent Jovani O’Grady. “She trusts the coaches and enjoys the activities. On the last day of Go Fast Camp, she said she wished it had lasted longer. Thank you, coaches, for all you do to encourage my daughter to keep running!”

The Go Fast Youth Running Camp’s goal is to introduce proper running form and technique through fun games and activities. This will help prepare the youth distance runner to go fast.

Camp highlights include: High school and collegiate coaching staff, daily fun runs based on ability and experience, games and activities that introduce running techniques, dynamic warm-up drills, body weight strength training, plyometrics and agility drills for XC runners, and official camp training shirt or tank.
