The Cape Henlopen JROTC held its annual awards program May 15 in the Cape High theater.
Dozens of Cape cadets were recognized for their accomplishments. The district, as well as local and national organizations, presented awards to cadets, including the 5th Avenue Jewelers Memorial Saber to Battalion Commader Christian Fuscellaro and Cadet of the Year to Roxanna Dalton.
