Delaware Center for the Inland Bays staff gathered at Legislative Hall in Dover June 25 as the Delaware General Assembly considered and passed Senate Concurrent Resolution 192, commemorating the center's 30th anniversary.
CIB board Secretary Aimee Isaac addressed Delaware senators, stressing the importance of preserving, protecting and restoring the Inland Bays. Introducing and sponsoring the bill were Sen. Gerald Hocker, R-Ocean View; Sen. Russ Huxtable, D-Lewes; and Rep. Ron Gray, R-Selbyville.
