Sussex Pride hosted its annual Rehoboth Beach Pride Weekend July 20. The event provides a platform for the local LGBTQ+ community to celebrate identity, promote acceptance and address issues that affect the community.
The festival took place in the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and featured 50 vendors, live entertainment, workshops and panel discussions, health screenings and free giveaways.
Sussex Pride was created in June 2022 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating, strengthening and supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Sussex County and Delaware.
