An exhibition of paintings by Delaware Watercolor Society members is on display this month at Lewes Public Library.
The Delaware Watercolor Society’s 20th anniversary exhibition will be on display throughout the month of August at the Lewes Public Library.
Notable pieces include "Cuban National Folklore Ensemble" by C. Mercedes Walls, which won first place; “Ocean in Motion" by Joan Judge, second place; and "Costa Rican Thirst Quenches" by Isabel Pizzolato, third place. Juror Linda JC Turner gave merit awards to "Beach Bikes" by Christine Heyse; "Lewes Vacation” by Leo Kahl; and "Special Delivery” by Wendy Leddy.
