Four courses for $45
Course One Selections:
• House Salad - spring mix, cranberries, blue cheese, almonds, mustard vinaigrette
• Caesar Salad - hearts of Romaine, Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, baguette croutons
• Fins' Seafood Chowder - fresh shrimp, scallops, fish, herb tomato broth
• Soup DuJour
Course Two (Small Plate) Selections:
• Rockfish Tacos - blackened, wasabi cream sauce, pickled onions, avocado, house made slaw
• Crab Quesadilla - fresh crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green chilis, cilantro, poblano aioli, flour tortilla, with corn tortilla chips
Course Three (Entree) Selections:
• Mediterranean Salmon - caramelized, over romaine, spring mix, red onions, diced tomato, cucumber, Greek dressing
• Chef Tito's Surf & Turf - grilled sirloin steak, broiled crab cake, mashed potatoes, asparagus, Hollandaise sauce
• Shrimp Pasta - sautéed shrimp, garlic, white wine, sun-dried tomato, spinach basil, over linguini
Course Four (Dessert):
• Choice of dessert from Sweet Disposition Bakery
