Jean will demonstrate specific moves, warm-ups, and exercises to help you reduce injuries while playing your favorite sport.
Jean is a native of Fairfax, Virginia. She earned her bachelor's degree at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. She then completed her physical therapy certification at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia.
Jean has been practicing for over 25 years. She has extensive experience in the sports medicine setting and is trained in blood-flow restriction and functional movement assessment for athletes of all ages.
At Aquacare, Jean sees a variety of patients but specializes in the shoulder, knee and ankle joints. She is certified in dry needling. In her free time, Jean enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, riding her bike, cooking, and going to the beach with her husband and daughters.
