The world feels pretty chaotic - right? It’s easy to get swept up in the noise and let it affect our inner peace.
Peace isn’t something we find “out there” — it’s something we create within.
Stay grounded when the world feels out of control:

Breathe Deeply: Sometimes, just a few deep breaths can help calm your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.
Limit Your Intake: Constantly scrolling through the news or social media can increase anxiety. Set boundaries and take digital detox breaks when needed.
Move Mindfully: Whether it’s a yoga class, a walk outside, or just stretching, moving your body releases stress and helps you reconnect with yourself.

Join us to relieve stress and anxiety on Hypno Yoga workshop .The goal is to guide practitioners into a deeply relaxed state, where the subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions .Here's how it works:
Breathwork: Deep breathing exercises calm the nervous system, helping to reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. These techniques can help lower heart rate and promote relaxation.
Light Journaling
Gentle Yoga Poses: The physical aspect focuses on slow, restorative yoga poses, promoting relaxation and releasing physical tension. These poses can help stretch and calm the body, reducing the fight-or-flight response triggered by stress.
Mindfulness and Awareness: Hypno yoga encourages present-moment awareness, helping people break the cycle of anxious thinking and focus on bodily sensations, breath, and gentle movement.
Suggestions for Relaxation: In the hypnotic part, the instructor may offer suggestions for deep relaxation and anxiety relief, helping participants mentally unwind and build resilience against future stressors.
