I’ll just say it, I’m very excited for everything we have going on this weekend. Normally, I like to do a bit of a rambly pre-amble when it comes to these updates, but we have some of our favorite groups coming to perform this weekend, a double-dose of line dancing with the queen of the hoedown Marion Fetherolf, and another round of brain-busting trivia this week. The lineup speaks for itself, so read on to hear more about all the excitement we have planned for the week!
On Wednesday night, come in for an introduction to dance! We host these beginner sessions once a month, and so it’s that time again to shake your booty down at The Pointe with some line dancing! On Thursday, DJ Mike is back to ask the question: Who wants to win a Mulligan’s Pointe gift card? That’s right, it’s Trivia at The Pointe! Brush up on your brain teasers and snapple facts, and put that beautiful mind to the test to see who’s the smartest in all Sussex County! With cool drinks and delicious treats, everyone's a winner at Trivia this Thursday night!
We have quite the line-up of musicians this weekend, starting with the starling of country music, Joy Schriek! She’s back in our cocktail hour slot to get the good vibes going out on the patio, bringing all the classic hits from Dolly Parton to Carrie Underwood! Enjoy a cocktail special and cool down with Joy on the Mulligan’s Pointe Patio!
Headlining Friday evening is the return of one of our favorite groups! Girls Room is back at The Pointe, and man do these ladies know how to rock! They’re bringing their renditions of rock classics from all your favorite bands, from Blondie to Stevie to Amy! (This writer is especially fond of their version of “Valerie.”) We’re also bringing out all the stops in the kitchen, between our famous $25 prime rib to our other great 2022 specials. It’s going to be a Friday to remember with Girls Room out on the Patio!
This Saturday we have another returning favorite to the Pointe Patio: Dale Teat! The singing sax man himself is back with all the songs to make you put on your red shoes and dance the blues! It’s going to be a cool night of dancing with some delicious hot food from the restaurant! Come out this Saturday for Dale Teat at Mulligan’s Pointe!
On Sunday, Marion is back for a double session of line dancing! She’s teaching a refresher course early, and an open session of nonstop dancing afterwards. $10 gets you three hours of dance fun, but why not stop in early for a bit of Sunday brunch?
