Bald man sought in Georgetown road rage incident
Police are searching for a bald man driving a Chevrolet truck following a road rage incident Nov. 12 in Georgetown.
Delaware State Police responded at 11:44 a.m. to the area of Springfield Road and Gravel Hill Road for a road rage incident and learned that a Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 37-year-old man, was traveling westbound on Johnson Road approaching the intersection at Gravel Hill Road when another Chevrolet truck with a Leer cap on the bed driven by a bald man entered the intersection from eastbound Springfield Road. After a near collision at the intersection, police said the bald man proceeded to travel behind the victim southbound on Gravel Hill Road, and sped up into the oncoming travel lane parallel with the victim’s vehicle. Once the bald man was alongside the victim’s driver-side window, police said, he pointed a handgun at the victim. The victim sped up to get in front of the suspect, police said, and the bald man drove eastbound on Zoar Road. Troopers searched for the area but were unable to locate the bald man or his truck.
