Cape High graduation set for June 6

Commencement for the Cape Henlopen High School Class of 2023 will take place at Legends Stadium beginning at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 6.

Increased traffic in the Lewes area is expected before and after the graduation ceremony. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and must enter the campus via Kings Highway. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter school grounds via Savannah Road.

Each graduate will receive up to 10 tickets for guests, and everyone, including children and infants, counts as a guest. Tickets will be collected at the stadium entrance, and no one without a proper ticket will be admitted.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests must promptly enter their vehicles and exit the premises; congregating on school grounds will not be permitted.

In case of rain, graduation will be postponed to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 7.
