Cape High JROTC cadets participate in leadership seminar

On March 10, six selected senior JROTC cadets attended a leadership seminar at Sussex Central High School that was arranged by Rep. Jeff Hilovsky, R-Long Neck.
The seminar’s featured speaker was Frederic Jouhet, CEO of MacuHealth, one of the leading private nutraceutical companies in the world that specializes in eye health. Jouhet has a colorful and varied past that includes work as a lawyer, professor and French Navy Seal. Jouhet spoke of “Leadership as a Lifestyle” with an emphasis on integrity, excellence, service and the importance of establishing attainable goals as keys to success, personal achievement and self-satisfaction.
