Cape High JROTC cadets recognized Pam Brittingham of Fifth Avenue Jewelers with a Department of the Army Award to recognize Brittingham and the store’s support of the JROTC program for the past 17 years.
During the May 2 ceremony, cadets presented Brittingham with the U.S. Army Patriotic Service Award in recognition of her annual donation of an engraved Veterans Memorial Sabre for the most outstanding graduating JROTC cadet.
