Dan Kondrup, Navy veteran

Dan Kondrup, 92, of Milton, died Monday, March 31, 2025, at his home. He was born in Freehold, N.J., June 21, 1932, son of the late Victor Kondrup and Eliza Emily Brower Kondrup.

Dan graduated from Neptune High School in Neptune, N.J. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1951. He proudly served as a flight engineer on aircraft carriers until his honorable discharge in 1955. He was employed as a supervisor of material management for Jersey Central Power and Light in Morristown, N.J., where he retired after 45 years of service. He was an active member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Lewes.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Veronica C. (Hammond) Kondrup; and a daughter, Linda Ganley, both of Milton. He was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Kondrup.

Services will be private.
