Again I read an ad on page 5 of the Oct. 25 edition of a parcel pending sale that reflects 4.3 units per acre.
This is insane.
Aside from the untethered development now going on (look at Robinsonville Road), it’s not only the number of homes, but also the density – more homes, cars, kids and traffic per mile, per acre.
I previously wrote about a moratorium on development. I still believe this, and controlling the density will help the future of our communities.
While many wish to preserve forest areas and watersheds, we need also to preserve open land barred from future development.
