Scores of families gathered at West Side New Beginnings May 6 for the Cape Henlopen School District’s third Cape Community Day.
Participants enjoyed free food, music and games at the event, which was geared toward families living in the Rehoboth and Dewey area. The district hosted its first community day in May 2022 for families living in the Milton and Lincoln area, and the second event was held for Lewes-area families in October 2022.
