King’s Ice Cream fundraiser to benefit Milton Garden Club Aug. 28

The Milton Garden Club will receive 25 percent of the day's proceeds from King’s Ice Cream Saturday, Aug. 28. 

Garden club members will welcome guests from 12 to 6 p.m. in front of King’s at 302 Union St., Milton. They will offer 50/50 raffle tickets for sale and sell tickets for the self-guided garden tour, set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 19.

Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5. Advance garden tour tickets are $15 per person. Tickets sold the day of the garden tour will be $20, available at the tent in front of the Milton Historical Society at 210 Union St.

The drawing of the winning 50/50 ticket will be held at the end of Hollyfest Saturday, Dec. 11.

Milton Garden Tour tickets also are available at Hillside Florist, Salon Milton and Pepper's Greenhouses in Milton, and Lewes Printing in Lewes.
