Margaret Elizabeth Millman, cherished her family
Margaret Elizabeth Millman, 90, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, surrounded by family at Atlantic General Hospital. Margaret was born in Clayton March 4, 1935.
She has worked in retail and textiles while owning their own family business, Mar-bucks Inc., for 10 years. Margaret enjoyed being with her family, reading, eating chocolate, and becoming a great-grandmother in recent years. Margaret married Everett Millman in 1957; they were married for 55 years. Everett passed in 2013.
Margaret was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She is survived by four children, Keith Millman (Christie) and his children Samantha Laws (JT) and Matthew Millman (Kristin), Perry Millman and his children Joshua, Aridiana and Vicente, Cynthia Wilson (Paul) and her children Abby and Sean Wilson, and Marvin Jester. She is one of nine siblings. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Alice, Beatrice and MaryAnn; and three brothers, Charles, Sunny and David. She is survived by two brothers, Phillip Bradley (Fran) and Eddie Bradley (Lois). Margaret is a great-grandmother of four.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Monday, April 7, at Short Funeral Services chapel, 416 Federal St., Milton, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will immediately follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
