The Rehoboth Beach Museum will host a panel discussion with the judges of the Delaware Beach Life Photography Contest at 5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, at 511 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
Judges will share their decision-making process for this year's winning photographs. They'll discuss what makes an image exceptional, from technical excellence to creative vision and storytelling power.
Terry Plowman, founder and publisher of Delaware Beach Life magazine, brings decades of experience as a writer, photographer and darkroom technician for newspapers and magazines.
Carolyn Watson's professional photography career spans over 20 years, during which she published more than 2,000 photos in Delaware Beach Life magazine, including six covers.
Eric Coverdale, a Sussex County native and University of Delaware graduate, discovered his passion for photography after retiring from visual merchandising in 2013. A member of the Mispillion Art League, he specializes in architecture, city life and local landscapes.
Following the presentation, there will be opportunities for attendees to experience interactive critique sessions and personalized feedback on up to two photographs. For more information, go to rbmuseum.org.
