Sussex Academy senior Brady Thompson was among 92 Delaware public school students recently recognized by Secretary of Education Mark Holodick as a Secretary of Education Scholar.
Each year, Delaware’s secretary of education honors students from the current graduating classes for their exemplary work ethic, dedication and accomplishments both in and out of the classroom. These scholars maintain qualities critical to making a significant difference in their lives and also the lives of others. Students are chosen by their principals for their academic records and community service.
“We are beyond proud of Brady as he has exemplified the values of Sussex Academy in his academics and character,” said Eric Anderson, Sussex Academy head of school.
