Taking the top off Clear Space’s historic bungalow
The moving of Clear Space Theatre Company’s historic beach bungalow at 413 Rehoboth Ave. continued March 25 with the removal of the structure’s roof. This step was taken so the house could fit under utility lines as it’s moved to its new home on Lincoln Street. Last week, the house was moved from 413 to the empty lots at 415 and 417 Rehoboth Ave. so the roof could be taken off without damaging the nearby large pine tree. The house was scheduled to move to its new home Thursday night, well after deadline for the Cape Gazette’s print edition Friday, March 26.
