Three course menu - $38 per person.
Your choice of one appetizer, entree, and dessert.

Course One Selections:
• Chicken Tortilla Soup - chicken & tomato broth with mixed vegetables, garnished with cilantro, tortilla strips, shredded cheese & avocado
• House Salad - iceberg lettuce w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion & lemon pepper dressing
Course Two Selections (All served with rice and black beans):
• Chicken in Cilantro Sauce - chicken in cilantro green tomatillo sauce
• Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos - two soft corn tortillas with grilled mahi mahi fish with cabbage, spicy chipotle mayo slaw & pico de gallo
• Chipotle Grilled Pork Chops - grilled pork chops marinated in house chipotle sauce & garnished w/ grilled pineapple
• Veggie Faiitas - fresh, grilled portabella mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, squash, green peppers, tomatoes & onions with your choice of tortillas, guacamole, & pico de gallo
Course Three Selections:
• Churros - traditional Mexican fried pastries sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar
• Flan - silky Mexican custard with creamy caramel sauce & topped with strawberry, coconut flakes, & whipped cream
