Local photographer David Koster was conducting a boat tour on Rehoboth Bay in the early evening hours of July 13 and caught this spectacular reflection double rainbow while looking toward Dewey Beach. “The weather went from rain, to partial sun, a big gorgeous rainbow, then clouds, then fog, then partial clearing with a half-moon, all within the two-hour tour,” he said. “The more vertical bow is produced by sunlight beaming upward, reflecting off the calm water to get another rainbow cast at a different angle.”
