Happy Fall is my absolute favorite season! We’ve got some exciting updates and new classes at
the studio that I can’t wait to share with you.
But first on a personal note: Today is my 50th birthday and it was a joy spending the day at the
studio! On my 49th birthday, I started putting my dream into action . My goal was to be
open by my 50th. I am so filled with gratitude that today also marks our 3-month anniversary!
Hiatus 24 is more than I could have dreamed just one year ago and it’s because of all of you;
embracing challenges and pursuing personal growth together.
Thank you for being a part of Hiatus 24—it’s more than just a place, it’s a testament to our
shared dedication to stepping beyond our comfort zones and achieving the extraordinary.

New Pilates Program: Valeria is now leading our revamped Pilates program, complete with
weights for that extra burn. Perfect for strengthening, stretching, and sculpting that lean muscle
