Knights of Columbus’ Oktoberfest a roaring success

The Knights of Columbus Council held an Oktoberfest celebration Oct. 13, at St. Jude the Apostle Church near Lewes.
More than 240 guests enjoyed authentic German food and beer as they were entertained by the Happy Dutchmen band of Virginia Beach.
Jim Tevnan, co-director of the Oktoberfest, said, “This is the largest charity event we do each year. We started three years ago, and it’s just blossomed.”
