Local author Ed Moran to sign new books April 19

Local author Ed Moran will sign copies of his latest novel, “The Octopus’s Garden,” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, April 19, at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach.

The protagonist, Gilly, is a genetically modified octopus who escapes from North Korea to Hawaii, where she is discovered by a group of people who do everything they can to keep her safe from the military and other nefarious parties. Together, they save the USS Arizona Memorial from attack. The fast-paced comedy with likable characters is suitable for the entire family.

“I always look forward to my book signings at Browseabout Books and the interactions with its customers. It is such a beautiful store located in a great location,” Moran said.
