I want to talk about home staging and virtual staging.
My name is Frank Hornstein, I am a realtor and accredited staging professional. I have been staging homes for 12 years.
It is imperative that your home looks like a million dollars before taking the pictures and listing it. If the pictures don’t look fabulous people aren’t going to come and look. Sometimes all it takes is to rearrange some of your furniture and move a couple of things around. Less is more. Other times I take some furniture and accessories out of a room to make it look bigger. You never want your rooms to look cramped because you have too much stuff in them. Buyers think the home is too small or lacks storage if the rooms or rooms are way too full.
If there is a need for actual staging furniture I can rent this for you at a small charge.
Now if your home is empty then I can virtually stage the main rooms using AI pictures of furniture. It gives the potential buyer an idea of what the rooms will look like with furniture.
Staging has been proven to sell homes faster and for more money. The better it looks the faster it is going to sell. The whole idea about staging is making your home look like a model home.
