Santa is ready to accept Toys for Tots donations during the open house event.
In December, Addy Sea Historic Oceanfront Inn in Bethany Beach hosted its annual open house and Toys for Tots donation drive.
Along with tours of the inn decked out for the holidays, guest enjoyed live music and refreshments from local businesses. In all, $500 and 217 toys were collected so local children in need could experience the joy of Christmas.
“We are thankful for the great partnership with Addy Sea. Their support provided enough toys to help 70 children,” said Sharon Ruest, Toys for Tots coordinator.
“This event is such a joy to put on each year, and we love that we can help the community’s children in need to have an extra special holiday season,” said Addy Sea innkeeper Andrew Turczyn.
