Brockstedt Mandalas Federico promotes two to partner
Brockstedt Mandalas Federico LLC recently announced the promotions of Catherine Cramer and Mark Denney to the position of partner.
Since joining BMF in 2020, Cramer has been a key member of the team’s mass torts, environmental law and class-action practices. Her work includes helping secure a $205 million class-action settlement in Millsboro, and a $103 million settlement in Catawba, S.C., both addressing air and groundwater contamination claims.
Denney, who joined BMF in 2023 after more than 16 years with the Delaware Department of Justice, has quickly established himself as a key member of the team, bringing unparalleled expertise in litigation. Denney’s litigation practice ranges from corporate and business matters to government affairs and civil rights cases throughout all of Delaware’s courts.
"Being named a partner at BMF is an incredible honor. Since joining the firm, I’ve had the privilege to work with some amazing people who share a commitment to excellence and achieving client success,” said Cramer. “I look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact and advancing our mission."
"This is an exciting milestone in my career, and I am honored to work with an excellent group of attorneys," said Denney. "I look forward to building on our firm’s success and continuing to advance our clients’ best interests."
“These promotions reflect the outstanding contributions of these attorneys and BMF’s commitment to developing talent,” said partner Glenn C. Mandalas. “Catherine and Mark have demonstrated remarkable ability and dedication in delivering outstanding results for our clients. We are confident they will continue to be vital assets to the firm in their new roles as partners.”
