Code Purple representative speaks to Sunrise Rotary members

Rehoboth Sunrise Rotary Club members recently hosted Mike Agnew as a guest presenter.

Agnew is the site director for Code Purple, which provides emergency nighttime shelter for homeless neighbors during the winter months. Agnew is also the driving force to reopen the Tharros tent village at the former Delaware State Police Troop 7 site.

Gail Dejmal, Sunrise Rotary past president, organizes daily food distribution and processes intake for the Code Purple women's shelter at Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Rehoboth Beach.
