Community Bank promotes Niblett to new leadership roles

April 2, 2025

Community Bank Delaware announced the promotion of Staci Niblett to executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief compliance officer, working out of the Lewes office.

Now with 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Niblett joined Community Bank Delaware in 2022 as senior vice president and chief operating officer. In that role, she executed and managed the core system conversion, which involved intense planning, testing, training and implementation. While finalizing the successful conversion, Niblett took on the role of chief compliance officer while undertaking the bank’s objective of adding two new branches in 2025.

“In the span of three years, Staci has established herself as an invaluable resource to the staff, management and continued success of Community Bank Delaware. Staci’s well-deserved promotion reflects her expertise, achievements and leadership skills,” said Jack Riddle, Community Bank Delaware president.

Niblett oversees the daily activities and tasks the bank carries out to provide services to customers, while ensuring compliance within industry standards. She provides executive oversight for the branches, loan operations, electronic banking, BSA and project management.

“It is an exciting time for Community Bank Delaware, with branches opening in Long Neck and Seaford,” said Niblett. “I look forward to increasing our services throughout Sussex County.”

Niblett is a breast cancer survivor and an advocate for breast cancer awareness. She currently resides in Salisbury, Md., with her husband Shane, and they are in the process of relocating to Rehoboth. She has two grown children, Brandon and Hannah.
