Delaware Watercolor Society names RAL juried exhibit winners

The Delaware Watercolor Society announced the winners of its juried display on exhibit at Rehoboth Art League through Sunday, May 4, in the Corkran Gallery at 12 Dodds Lane, Henlopen Acres.

Judge Marie Natale evaluated 42 juried artworks submitted for the show, and awarded ribbons and cash prizes to six outstanding pieces. Leo Kahl took home the first-place award with his piece “Rockets Red Glare.” Joan Judge secured second place with “Coming About,” and Christine Heyse earned third place for her work titled “Ice Cream.” Merit awards were given to Joan McElvany Coonce for “Resting Among Kindred Spirits,” Ruth Ann Kaufman for “Contentment,” and Frank Williams for “Autumn Flannel.”
