Goshen UMC celebrates Cynthia Ockels’ 100th birthday

Celebrating her 100th birthday Feb. 23, Cynthia Ockels attended services at Goshen United Methodist Church in Milton.

Members of the congregation greeted her with open arms as she took her place in the pew where she and her late husband Rubin sat together for more than 60 years.

After the services, everyone gathered to share memories and hugs with Cynthia, along with cake and other goodies.
