Harry K Foundation to hold annual Christmas Gala Dec. 14
The Harry K Foundation, dedicated to combating childhood hunger in Delaware, recently announced its 12th Annual Christmas Gala, a festive evening of giving, community and celebration, will be held starting at 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
The event, themed Golden Hour, will feature a gourmet dinner, open bar, live entertainment by the Funsters and 2nd Time Around, and silent and live auctions featuring custom jewelry by Harry K, culinary-themed travel excursions and more!
All funds from the gala go to support the Harry K Foundation and its efforts to halt childhood hunger in Delaware. Established by Harry Keswani, the foundation works to raise money and donate 100% of event proceeds to help alleviate the problem of food insecurity in the First State. Funds raised by the foundation are dispersed through the Food Bank of Delaware to support school backpack programs and 50 school pantries statewide.
