Honorees are selected based on key performance metrics, including revenue per available room and guest satisfaction scores.
The recognition highlights TKo’s unwavering commitment to exceptional hotel operations and outstanding guest service.

The most recent honor marks the third time in five years TKo Hospitality has received the Hyatt Operational Excellence/Operator of the Year Award, reinforcing its reputation as trusted leader in hotel management and guest experience.
Other notable accolades for TKo Hospitality include: Hyatt Developer of the Year, 2023; and Hyatt’s Commercial Services, New Open Excellence Award, 2023.
