Lewes Fire Department presented awards to the winners of the postcard coloring contest held during its recent open house.
During a ceremony held at the LFD February meeting, winners were given Lewes Fire Department T-shirts, a set of their printed postcards and a certificate from the fire department.
Winners were Rayne Davis, fourth grade, homeschool; Jackson Blankenship, kindergarten, Milton Elementary, Levi Merlonghi, first grade, Lewes Elementary; and Kennedy Klemash, second grade, H.O. Brittingham Elementary. Rayne and his family also won the open house raffle prize for a ride in a fire truck in the Lewes Christmas Parade.
