Oldfather Group recognizes top producers for 2024
The Oldfather Group of Compass RE, with main offices in downtown Lewes and satellite offices throughout the region, recently held a ceremony to officially recognize top performers from the 2024 calendar year.
A chance to formally acknowledge the hard work and dedication of its ever-growing team of local and regional real estate agents, the firm-wide gathering was held in historic downtown Lewes and included most of the Oldfather Group’s team of agents, administrators and support staff, as well as the ownership team of Dustin and Mariya Oldfather.
For completing $12.6 million in sales, longtime agent Julie Seymour took home the top honor of the day as Top Producer for 2024. Seymour’s numbers were followed by Nicole Holland with $10.5 million and Jaasiel Nunez, $9.8 million. As a team, the Oldfather Group booked sales volume of more than $166 million on 398 closed transactions for 2024.

Other awards included: Jaasiel Nunez, Top Producer for Kent and Sussex counties, and Top Producer - Buyers and Rookie of the Year; Luke Thompson and Cliff McCall, Top Producers - Listings; Christian Schaffer, company MVP; and Julie Seymour, Top Producer for Annapolis/Eastern Shore.
