Reaching Out Across the Aisle program set April 3

The Rehoboth Beach Museum will host two Delaware legislators in conversation for a program titled Reaching Out Across the Aisle at 5 p.m., Thursday, April 3, at 511 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach. 

Delaware’s Sen. Russ Huxtable, D-Lewes, and Sen. Brian Pettyjohn, R-Georgetown, will discuss the importance of reaching out across the aisle in politics and daily life.

In a time of heightened political tensions, the two lawmakers are bridging the divide to share a rare glimpse into bipartisan leadership with the local community.

These seasoned lawmakers personify how different political ideologies can unite to serve Delaware’s communities through transparent, effective governance. Attendees will learn how bipartisan cooperation shapes Sussex County’s future.
