Searching for silverback gorillas in Rwanda with the Cape Gazette

Last September, Kim Hyde, Pat Haupt, Janet Thoden and Barb Fischetti, all residents of Bay Crossing in Lewes, traveled to Rwanda with the Cape Gazette. While in Rwanda, they visited Gorilla Guardians Village. The village was started as an emergency response to the increased gorilla poaching activities carried out by some members of the community. The trip wouldn't have been complete without a trekking trip to see the amazing silverback gorillas in their natural habitat.
