Thanksgiving meal distribution kicks off

Thanksgiving meal boxes were loaded up and sent to area schools Nov. 18, as the Harry K Foundation, Food Bank of Delaware and Perdue Farms kicked off their Thanksgiving for All initiative.

Kim Turner of the Food Bank of Delaware said 758 boxes were packed at the Milford facility and loaded up for school officials to distribute.
