Woman injured in Sandhill attack
The Delaware State Police are investigating after they say a woman was attacked on Sandhill Road Oct. 30.
Police said the woman was pulling into the driveway of her home at 10:30 p.m. in the 18000 block of Sandhill Road when she saw a car parked on the side of the road. She approached the car to check on it, and she was attacked by an unknown male. The woman used a flashlight taser to defend herself and the suspect fled. She was treated at Beebe Healthcare for minor injuries.
