March 1, 2025

Capital Bank Home Loans recently announced Kacie Sharadin has joined its Rehoboth Beach branch as a mortgage loan officer.

"I am very excited that Kacie chose to come on board with us. She’s highly respected in our industry and could have chosen anywhere to write her next chapter. I’m glad it’s with us! I believe our local knowledge, highly competitive loan terms and unique product mix will only enhance what she already brings to the table," said Eric Parsons, branch manager. With over 20 years of mortgage industry experience, Parsons is a consistently recognized top producer and a leader in home financing.

Sharadin grew up in Sussex County and graduated as valedictorian from Woodbridge High School in 2006. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 2010.

After nearly a decade in the restaurant industry, Sharadin discovered her passion for home financing in 2017 and became a licensed mortgage loan officer in 2018. Since then, she has successfully guided more than 1,000 families through the home financing process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.

She recently served as president of Sussex Strong, the charitable arm of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, which provides essential items and holiday gifts for local children in need. Her dedication to giving back includes volunteering with Brandywine Valley SPCA, Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Delaware.

Outside of work and community service, Sharadin enjoys horseback riding, attending concerts and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings. She lives in Milford with her husband Justin, and their beloved dogs, a German Shepherd named Killian Gauge and a Bernedoodle named Jamison Flynn.
